By accessing this website or receiving communications from a Copper Steady-powered system, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Description of Service

Copper Steady provides a managed revenue reliability service to trades businesses including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and roofing companies. Our service includes automated missed call follow-up, appointment reminders, estimate follow-up, and related customer communications delivered on behalf of our clients.

When you receive a communication from a Copper Steady-powered system, the underlying business relationship is between you and the trades business that hired us — not directly with Copper Steady.

SMS Communications

By interacting with a business that uses Copper Steady, you may receive SMS messages related to your service inquiry or appointment. These messages are sent on behalf of that business.

• Message and data rates may apply.
• Message frequency depends on your service activity with the business.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out of future messages.
• Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at alek@coppersteady.com.
• Opting out will not affect your relationship with the trades business directly.

Use of This Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not:
